This one goes out to those who feel broken. I started my morning listening to a story my co worker was explaining about his teenage daughter, and the anxiety and depression she is currently dealing with. Guys I am 26 years old, I once was a teen, and I know the feeling for those few years I suffered through. I am not going to sit here and babble about how its your teenage hormones acting up and blame some scientific theory. I just want you all to know that no matter how hard things may be, and how awful you may be feeling, the first step to getting help is talking about it with a peer, ANYONE who you may be comfortable with, heck if you want to talk to a stranger that you met at a bus stop, just having a person hear your story, takes a lot of weight and stress off your shoulders. When it rains it pours, but behind the gloomy clouds, is a bright rainbow ready to shine. | SharFez | |
