| These ladies and gentlemen are hip, rad and COOL. The Von Bondies was (no longer making music anymore) an American alternative rock band active from 1997 to 2011. The original line-up formed at the 1997 Cramps/Guitar Wolf show by Jason Stollsteimer and Marcie Bolen. Their sounds has funk with a bit of alternative rock and maybe some grunge in it. Very similar to The Hives, and their vibe being oh so 70's I start to realize why there are so many bands now that have the same look and sounds. Why not change it up a bit and stand out?
